In case you are wondering about the number of connections, no you cannot establish multiple sessions to a single server but multiple connections are allowed. There is no paid variant of this app and even the free version doesn’t allow you to set a keep-alive timer. The settings menu is also not that intuitive and quite cluttered with options. Quite frequently, it won’t recognize my touches and I would have to double-tap or force close.

GetConsole works well most of the time, but at times the GUI can get finicky. Moreover, the app also has a Script Manager that can automate certain actions based on an event trigger. Having said that, there is no option to build keys from a file. And in case you use PuTTY on your desktop, you can copy & paste the private key data on your iPhone or iPad. I know GlobalScape has a good FTP client, I havent tried this product in particular but I am sure you could deploy it on your windows box and test out your app.Īnd if you have the finichal means you may want to pick up MacOS X Server, I am 75% sure it has an SSH Server built in. This is the pretty tried and true system, I have used it on my Linux firewalls with putty on my windows box, I am 95% sure you can run it on your windows box successfully. Someone should really start and SSH server project on So I would avoid it, infact the only reason this is in here is because I didnt want to delete it because I thought it was kinda cool. I am not sure if this will help, infact I think it will send you in the completely wrong direction.
